1.Mainshaft Protection: The sleeve is precisely made to safeguard the mainshaft from wearing, while crushing goes on continuously.
2.Forged Alloy Steel: This part is made of alloy steel with the forging process and heat-treatment controlled such that the product gets the best in wear and impact resistance properties.
3.Precision Machining: Critical dimensions are carefully machined so that the fit will be accurate with the confirmed crusher model or part number.
4.Stable Operation
The right fit prevents mating-surface wear and enables the crusher to run in a stable condition that also brings the maintenance work easier.

Mainshaft Wear and Deformation Under Continuous Crushing:
Ongoing crushing subject the mainshaft to substantial loads, impact, vibration, dust, and friction. In the case where the protective devices are not there, it will result in a direct damage to the parts, shape changes, reduction in maintenance periods, and finally, a breakdown of the machine without being planned.
Our Solution
Precision-Machined Sleeve for Reliable Shaft Protection
Our mainshaft sleeves are made to the specification of the verified crusher model, drawing, or part number. Heat treatment is done under strictly controlled conditions and the machining is carried out at a CNC machine. The sleeve with HRC 45-55 of hardness has dimensional tolerance of ±0.04 mm and a Ra ≤1.2 μm surface roughness which ensures a correct fitting of the sleeve to the shaft.
Absorption of wear and shielding of mainshaft from abrasion and deformation are the functions of our design. The modular design of the sleeve enables its easy replacement at regular maintenance period.
Technical parameters:
| Parameter | Recommended Specification | Data Basis / Note |
|---|---|---|
| Core Hardness | HRC 45–55 | Pre-machining substrate hardness; reference range |
| Surface Hardness | HRC 50–55 | Finished sleeve after specified surface hardening |
| Tensile Strength | ≥980 MPa | Test value based on specified material and heat-treatment condition |
| Yield Strength | ≥835 MPa | Test value based on specified material and heat-treatment condition |
| Impact Toughness (Ak) | ≥40 J/cm² | Test value under specified material and heat-treatment condition |
| Elongation | ≥12% | Test value under specified material and heat-treatment condition |
| Wear Resistance | 3–5× ordinary cast shaft sleeves* | Comparative test result under specified test conditions |
| Friction Coefficient | >20% lower than ordinary products* | Comparative test result under specified test conditions |
| Operating Noise | ≤81 dB(A)* | Measured at rated load under specified test conditions |
Product Advantages:
1. Forged Alloy Steel & Controlled Heat Treatment
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with an integral forged blank and controlled quenching and tempering, the sleeve provides a dense and stable material structure for demanding crushing applications. Finished surface hardness can reach HRC 45-55, with impact toughness of ≥40 J/cm² under the specified material and heat-treatment condition. In addition, forged product manufacturing eliminates internal casting defects and produces a higher impact and abrasion resistance as well as deformation resistance.
2. Precision CNC Machining & Reliable Fit
Based on a confirmed crusher model, drawing, or part number, precision-machining by CNC produces the critical dimensions and mating surfaces. The dimensional tolerance can be maintained within ±0.04 mm whereas surface roughness is specified with Ra ≤1.2 μm if there's any requirement. It ensures a stable fit between the sleeve and the mainshaft, which reduces uneven contact and direct wear on the shaft when there is continuous crushing operation.
3. Replaceable Wear Component for Easier Maintenance
Designed as a replaceable protective component, the mainshaft sleeve takes the wear generated at the shaft mating area and helps protect the higher-value mainshaft from direct abrasion and deformation. The positioning design makes for regular maintenance and easy parts installation/replacement. It gives maintenance crews the ability to replace the sleeve instead of replacing the entire shaft which helps in keeping the maintenance and equipment up-time at the minimum.
Product Application:
Reference Operating Conditions
· Open-pit mining: Continuous ore crushing under heavy-load operating conditions
· Quarry aggregate plant: Long-cycle crushing of granite, basalt, and other abrasive rock
Large aggregate production line: Continuous operation with high material throughput and frequent crushing cycles
· Road construction projects: Aggregate production requiring stable crusher operation over extended working periods
· Water conservancy projects: Crushing and processing of hard stone and construction aggregates
Construction material processing: Repeated crushing operations where mainshaft wear protection is required
The above are reference operating conditions and application scenarios, not individual customer case studies. Component selection really should be done depending on crusher model, load, feed material, dimensions for installation, and manufacturers'spec. The component chosen must match the requirements of each machine and its production needs
Corporate Strength:
Our staff has worked in the area of mining equipment and crusher spare parts manufacturing for over 10 years. They are highly versed in the processes related to verification of the crusher assembly procedure through the use of a trial set of its parts, producing and inspecting both the structural elements, wear parts, and the customized machined parts.
We specialize mainly in cone crusher dust covers and seal rings. The replacement parts are tailored to match exactly, through reference to the drawings, OEM numbers, or worn samples of your crushers. In other words, we make sure that our parts fit your crushers!
Our team of 24 engineering and production department experts is actively involved not only in developing new items but also in reviewing the technical drawings and checking that the production requirements have been complied with when designing custom-made components.
At our workshop, we run 10 machining lines, 2 welding lines, and 2 assembly lines that cater equally to regular and unconventional mining machinery parts. We are capable of manufacturing 2,090 tons per year.
We send out our products through Europe and across the Americas, after manufacturing and controlling the quality of goods by following the technical specifications and customer requirements that have been confirmed.

Factory video tours and live production checks are available, while pre-shipment inspections can be carried out by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or a buyer-appointed inspector. For projects requiring additional material verification, 20–50 kg samples can be submitted for testing, with the corresponding test results and testing videos available for review.
Comprehensive Quality Control System:
Quality control measures are implemented at different intervals within the manufacturing process, as the specific inspection needs are defined and then checked periodically throughout the stages. Besides complying with the relevant ISO/ASTM standards, the materials, processes of machining, heat treatment, assembly and end products are checked for conformance with material specifications; approved drawings as well as customer requirements.
Quality Control Covers:
· Material grade and chemical composition
· Heat-treatment condition and hardness
· Mechanical properties
· Critical dimensions and tolerances
· Thread size, accuracy, and fit
· Assembly and functional compatibility
Finished components will first be inspected and samples taken through final examination as a means of checking whether key specifications and performance requirements are met. It will be possible to supply inspection reports and relevant testing records as per required for different product types and orders.
This method enables spotting dimensional, material and assembly deviations prior to the delivery thereby assisting maintaining the same, good product quality and dependable performance even under the toughest mining conditions.
FAQ:
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can you send samples if we are a large volume & long term buyer?
A: The minimum order quantity is only one piece and we are able to provide large volume purchasing & long term procurement.
Q: Do you usually use the same packaging type?
A: The main method for us is small item packaging in wooden boxes. Large items and completed machines are packed with frames built from channel steel, the frames are covered with foam and waterproof film throughout which will keep from vibrating and getting rusty after the rain during transportation.
Q: What kind of logistics and transport methods do you offer?
A: We offer EXW and FOB.
