Product Introduction
T he classic multi-cylinder cone crushers are equipped with a hydraulic distributor group that is mounted quite low, a number of hydraulic accumulators, and they stand on the top of a heavy and massive frame, which again sits on a big and heavy base.
This results in three issues:
The minimum height limitation for installation is usually the issue. Most mobile crushing units and chambers in underground mines just don't have the vertical space for a standard multi-cylinder type crusher.
Weight becomes a major factor in the cost equation. One additional ton requires a stiffer chassis and stronger axles, more fuel is burned, and transportation cost increases as well.
The time for maintenance is excessive. A single liner replacement might result in a complete stoppage of operations for a period of 8-10 hours.
B uying the crusher was the easy part. The real cost is in production time lost during downtime: tons of material unprocessed, trucks stuck waiting and deliveries pushed further back.
The Solution: Hydraulic Cone Crusher with Single-Rod Operation
Compared to multi-cylinder crushers with the same capacity, this machine gets rid of a complex hydraulic distributor unit and multiple accumulators in the lower part.
Main Benefits:
The main height difference in height is between 15 to 20 % for cone crushers of equivalent size, cavity shape type, and operating conditions.
The weight for one multi-cylinder unit of equivalent capacity in a standard configuration is reduced between 8 and 12 %.
For example, ZCS430 weighs 12 T only after the dust has been cleaned. On the other hand, ZCH430, the smallest member of the series, weighs 9.2 T only.
A typical ZCH430-class crusher requires only 2 technicians, along with standard lifting devices for the job. Thus, the time to replace the fixed cone liner has reduced from 8-10 hours to 3-4 hours.
Modular concept saves up to 40% when replacing liners and mantles of traditional multi-cylinder crushers.
Using the same model and type, in an average medium-hard material, including labor and worn parts, annual maintenance cost can reduce beyond 20% as compared to conventional multi-cylinder cones.
It's really a unique feature that the hydraulic dismantling mechanism is built on top of the cone.
In this case, only the cone sleeve will need to be detached, raised and then turned outward by the same hydraulic dismantling structure. The major advantage for you will be that the machine remains a part of mobile crushing operations, underground mine shaft, as well as retrofitting work where headspace is limited.
The upper part of the frame won't even need to be taken apart when the cone liner is being removed.
This is another benefit of this design because you can use it without even taking out the upper part of the frame when the cone liner is being removed. So, you only have to move the cone liner that you take out.

Product Advantages:
1. High crushing efficiency and qualified particle size
The product has a cavity structure, stroke, and spindle speed that together are an efficient source of lamination crushing. Particle size distribution is almost 96% uniform, with flake content being less than 8%. It is a good aggregate for road building, civil engineering concrete works, and the surfacing of roads.
2. Intelligent and efficient operation
The system is equipped with full hydraulic CSS and it allows for the one-tap adjustment.
ASRi control system automatically adjusts feeding volume, crushing stroke and working parameters to optimize efficiency.
When ASRi intelligent control system is supported with full hydraulic CSS, if stable feeding is ensured, then the output of the whole system can be more than 15% higher than that of manual control of production under stable feed conditions.
3. Low failure probability and maintenance cost saving
Easy-to-operate structure design of the machine reduces failure probability by up to 18%. Hydraulic overload protection is provided so that the main components are protected if foreign matter has the impact. Liners and mantles resistant to wearing have the advantage of extended working lifetimes by about 30%.
Due to the modular design, the time required for replacement is cut down at least by 40%. In other words, the annual savings with respect to maintenance cost are more than 20%.
4. Multi-condition adaptability and high compatibility
Different cavity types can be exchanged and eccentricity can be adjusted to provide coarse, medium and fine crush. It is suitable not only for hard materials (granite, basalt, compressive strength ≤300 MPa) but also soft ones (limestone, river stone).
The compact design reduces floor usage by 20%. Installation and commissioning time have been reduced by 30%.

Application Scenarios
One of the main applications of the cone crusher is for crushing ores in mining operations, aggregate processing for quarries, construction materials such as sand and cement, solid waste recycling, and large scale infrastructure construction.
